RACHEL PAQUETTE, Sales Representative

After graduating from University of Waterloo with a degree in Environmental Studies and Law, I began my professional career as an Elementary teacher in the nearby town of St. Clements. This opportunity to work in a small town emphasized the importance of getting to know students and their families on a personal level. These genuine relationships in turn helped students excel within the classroom. The same philosophy applies to real estate; getting to know the true needs of our clients results in providing them with exceptional, personalized and down to earth service.

Since 2008 our business has been built on the foundation of client referrals, expert knowledge and trust.  David and I look to be your real estate advisors for years to come.

In addition to assisting local buyers and sellers in the resale market, for six years David and I represented local builder Cityview Homes with sales of new construction homes in Vista Hills Waterloo, River Ridge Kitchener, and Baden. We are an excellent resource for new construction and what is involved in building a new home.

When I’m not immersed in Real Estate, I love a quiet cup of hot coffee and reading on the back deck. I also love spending time with David and our two boys, with a night out and a good burger and fries.

Our local community is important to me, and in April of 2000 I initiated and organized the “Eat to Beat Cancer” Breakfast, held annually for 20 years in cooperation with local Swiss Chalet & Harveys owners. This event successfully partnered with elementary students to raise funds for Grand River Hospital and Grand River Regional Cancer Centre.

DAVID PAQUETTE, Sales Representative

With a long standing career in Customer Service and Management, I have much experience with building relationships with colleagues and clients, and love assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. As a dad to two boys, I have an excellent understanding of the communities families are looking for when searching for their forever home. My experience as a Sales Representative for a local builder also makes me a great resource for new home construction and allows me to utilize my eye for detail.

When I’m not working with buyers and sellers I enjoy being active and spending time with Rachel and our two boys. Swimming and skiing are two of our favourite family sports. I also love watching the boys play volleyball, basketball and tennis.
